Gothic Military Style Coat

Gothic Military Style Coat

Yes!!!! YES!!! Ok, I’m getting over-excited. But LOOK! Look over there, on the right.  Yes, folks.  Its the perfect gothic coat!!
Initially I was interested in the Topshop coat, but they weren’t selling it in my local topshop and I was starting to question its perfectness.  It looked too much like my old coat which didn’t tie round the waist properly.
But THIS.. I found by accidently when I typed ‘gothic coat jacket’ into ebay.  Their one was size 8, so I hunted like hell for the same coat perhaps being sold by an online retailer, and it was! Additions Direct.  Here is the link to the perfect gothic coat.  If you take a look at the catwalk video, you’ll see how gorgeous it is.
I’ve just ordered a size 10 coat and it’ll arrive on Nov 14th. I can’t wait!  And its half of my coat budget.

Nougat Toiletries- Tuberose and Jasmine bath oil

Nougat Toiletries- Tuberose and Jasmine bath oil

Wow, I’ve found something special!  I’ve always been on the lookout for fragrances which are really unique and compliment my skin perfectly, and I’ve found something which is so lovely, I just have to share!
Nougat toiletries really are in a class of their own, and I’ve tried out the Tuberose and Jasmine bath oil so far, which is incredible.
It come in a tall glass decanter, with rhinestones around the neck with a traditional stopper top.  The fragrance is so lovely- its soft, sweet and floral.  I’ll definitely be recommending it to people, and maybe even buying small collections as Christmas presents.

Awesome Clock Designs- Karlsson Clocks

Karlsson Clocks- Very unique designs

Karlsson Clocks- Very unique designs

I think I’ve found the most amazing clock designs in the world- I might be getting myself a karlsson clock or two when I have my own home.   They’re so cool and original. And bold! Perfect.  The one pictured on the right is perfect! Really colourful and energetic.
On the home front, this may be getting closer than I thought because my boyfriend’s parents are going to get a house to rent out to people, and they said we could rent it if we like.  But I wanted to avoid renting completely and save money to just buy a house when we can.  I’m not sure what to do..
(And on the port selection front, his mum is going to buy it off me, so thats a relief!)

Port selection gift

October 27, 2008 at 11:01 am (Gifts) (, , )

Why is it that I can’t remember people’s preferences?  I thought my boyfriend’s Dad loved port, so I bought a port selection set for his birthday.  Only to find out that he hates the stuff!
Now, I’ve waited for a year for someone to buy the same thing for me, and no one bothered despite me asking ‘I don’t want anything for Christmas/my birthday except the port selection.’
So you’d think I wouldn’t mind keeping it for myself.  But because I bought it with MY money, I don’t want it!! No one listens to me! (And seemingly, I don’t listen to others either because I can’t remember what people like and don’t like) But Debenhams doesn’t accept returns for their alcoholic gifts.  Argh!

Calvin Klein Ladies Watches

October 24, 2008 at 3:29 pm (Gifts, Jewellery) (, , )

I’ve never really been keen on watches.  I think it goes back to my school days when every watch I owned used to get broken.  Whether it was from accidentally knocking it against a chair a bit too hard, or the resident bully holding my arm in a locker and smashing the locker door repeatedly against it- I’ve had an inbuilt resistance to buying watches, and have never interested me in slightest, because I’ve prefered having nothing on my arms, even bracelets are a no no.  But in the past 4-5 months, I’ve got SO tired of having to root around in bag to find my phone to work out what the time is.
And because my phone is wrapped in a little phone sock as well, to prevent scratches and breakages, it really is ANNOYING.
So, it looks like I’ll be trying to find a watch next.  I used to think designer brands were poncy and rubbish, but I might be forced to eat my words since they seem to be in a class of their own, where quality is guaranteed.  I definately like the Calvin Klein range of watches; there are some fantastic, unique designs. I was pointed in the direction of Saswa, who sell a good range of Calvin Klein ladies watches, at a discount.

I’ll let you know my choice in good time, it’ll probably be Christmas..
